Daniella has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Intellectual Disability) with over 20 years experience in all aspect in the disability field. She has a particular interest in positive approaches with people with behavioural issues. In 2010 she embarked on a new career in Podiatry establishing AFA (Access For All) Podiatry combining both areas of expertise to support people with disability. Daniella also works in a community health service in the Inner North where she has held various clinical and management roles over the years.

Hugh has been working in the field of Health and Human Services for over 20 years, working in non- for – profit, private, public and community sectors.  He has worked across Aged/Care, Rehabilitation, Sub- Acute, mental Health and Disabilities in both direct management roles and senior quality & risk management positions. Over the last five years I have worked in disability either as a National Advisor for a national organisation and more recently the Quality and Communications Manager for a smaller Victorian based Disability Service.

Toula Moustakas is an experienced Executive Manager with a demonstrated history of over 26 years in the Child Protection, Out of Home Care and Disability Services sectors.  Toula has worked for government and non-government organisations and has experience in all areas of operational service delivery, leadership and organisational development, project management, Quality and Compliance and strategic planning.  Toula holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Government Investigations and Development and Implementation of Business Excellence.  Toula is passionate about children and young people and is a strong advocate for children and young people with disabilities.
