Jane has worked in the field of disability for 20 years in a variety of roles including residential services (residential houses and supported residential services), respite, recreation, day services and community development. All roles have involved building the capacity of the community to support the inclusion and meaningful participation of people with a disability.

Hugh has been working in the field of Health and Human Services for over 20 years, working in non- for – profit, private, public and community sectors.  He has worked across Aged/Care, Rehabilitation, Sub- Acute, mental Health and Disabilities in both direct management roles and senior quality & risk management positions. Over the last five years I have worked in disability either as a National Advisor for a national organisation and more recently the Quality and Communications Manager for a smaller Victorian based Disability Service.
